The Kiosk turns a tablet at your door into staff: guests check themselves in, walk-ins book and pay, and anyone who hasn't signed the waiver signs right there.

Column 2 — Kiosk
The behaviour switches:
- Kiosk enabled — the master switch.
- Let guests check in — arriving guests find their booking and check in.
- Walk-ins — whether the kiosk can take a new booking; "turn off if the kiosk is check-in only."
- Capture signatures — "waivers are signed on the tablet," catching anyone who didn't sign at home.
- The PIN — "required before the kiosk will run": staff unlock the tablet into kiosk mode, and guests can't wander out of it.
Column 3 — the screen
How the kiosk looks and behaves:
- Heading and Sub-heading — the welcome text.
- Accent and your logo — the kiosk wears your brand (the logo comes from Settings).
- Layout — "Modern puts what's bookable front and centre"; alternatives lead with check-in.
- Show the clock / Big clock, Show the booking rail — what else lives on screen.
- Clear the screen after — the idle timeout that returns the tablet to its start screen between guests, so one guest's details never linger for the next.
Column 4 — Preview
The kiosk screen live as you configure it.
Common jobs
- Front-desk day one: enable it, set the PIN, switch on check-in and signatures, prop the tablet by the door.
- Busy-night mode: walk-ins on. The queue books, pays and signs itself while your staff run the floor.
- Quiet desk? Check-in only — the kiosk greets and checks in, and the desk keeps selling.
