Terms of Use
Last updated 22 August 2026
These terms cover this website, bookuble.com, and the demo you book through it. If you are a business already using the Bookuble platform, your relationship with us is governed by the Bookuble Customer Agreement you signed — that agreement controls wherever these terms and it disagree.
Who you are dealing with
Bookuble is a product of CrewXI LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as Bookuble.
This site
Everything here is provided for information. We try to keep it accurate and current, but we don’t promise it is free of error, and prices or features described here can change. Nothing on this site is an offer or a contract on its own.
Booking a demo
When you book a demo you give us your name, business name, email address and phone number so we can hold the meeting and follow up about it. Booking a demo costs nothing and commits you to nothing — it is a conversation, not an order, and no agreement exists between us until you sign the Bookuble Customer Agreement.
You confirm that you own the business you name, or are authorised to make decisions for it. Texts about your demo are optional and separate: you only get them if you tick that box, and you can reply STOP at any time.
We record our meetings
Demos, onboarding meetings and support calls are recorded, including video, audio, anything shared on screen and any automatic transcript. By booking a meeting with us, and by joining one, you agree to being recorded.
We record for one reason: to train the people who build and support these sites, and to check our own work when something goes wrong. Recordings are internal. We do not publish them, sell them, or use them in advertising, and we do not use them to build a public case study without asking you first, in writing, and getting a yes.
If you would rather not be recorded, say so at the start of the meeting and we will stop the recording. We will not refuse to meet you over it. What we cannot do is un-record a meeting after the fact for someone who stayed silent through it, so the moment to say something is at the beginning. What happens to a recording afterwards — how long we keep it and who can see it — is in the Privacy Policy.
What’s ours
The Bookuble platform, software, templates, designs, text and branding belong to us. You’re welcome to read, link to and quote this site; you may not copy the platform or pass our designs off as your own.
Fair use
Don’t use this site to break the law, to attack it or the systems behind it, or to scrape it at a volume that affects other people.
Other people’s sites
We link to companies we work with, Square among them. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for them.
Limits
To the maximum extent the law allows, this website is provided “as is,” and we aren’t liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of it. This paragraph is about the website; the liability terms for the service itself are in the Customer Agreement.
Law
Texas law governs these terms, and any dispute goes to the state or federal courts in Travis County, Texas.
