Gallery decides what your site's photo page shows. The library (Media) is everything you have; the Gallery is the wall you hang for the public.
Find it: Setup → Gallery.
Column 2 — Gallery
The current picked set — what the public page shows today. "Nothing picked yet" means the page is waiting on its first photos.
Column 3 — pick and order
Choose images from your Media library and arrange their order. The public page renders exactly this set, in exactly this order — logos and workaday images in the library stay out of sight unless you pick them.
Column 4 — The page
The gallery page as visitors see it, so you're arranging the real thing.
Common jobs
- Keep it fresh: swap a few images at the start of each season — the gallery is often the most-browsed page for party planners deciding on you.
- Lead with people: photos with faces and action outsell empty rooms. Put your best three first; that's what mobile visitors see without scrolling.
- Your storefront's gallery section (capped with a view-all) draws from this same curated set — one place to curate, everywhere it appears.
