Capacity by the clock
Hour blocks with a hard cap on jumpers, generated always-on from your opening hours. Saturday 2pm sells out online instead of at the door.
Bookuble for jump parks
Sessions sell to the capacity you set and stop, grip socks ride every checkout, and every jumper — including the eight-year-olds — arrives with a guardian signature already on file.
Runs on your own Square account. 5% of the booking — never of the sales tax.
The shape of it
Hour blocks with a hard cap on jumpers, generated always-on from your opening hours. Saturday 2pm sells out online instead of at the door.
Grip socks are the add-on that pays for the software — attached to the flow, counted in your Square stock, never forgotten at the till.
Minors route to guardian signatures automatically. The queue moves because the paperwork already happened at home.
Sound familiar
Saturday’s 2pm session oversells at the door and the fire-capacity maths happens in front of customers.
The waiver queue is longer than the jump queue, and it’s all clipboards.
Grip socks are revenue when the desk remembers and silence when it’s slammed.
Party rooms are booked in a paper diary that only one manager can read.
What you get
Each block sells to its jumper cap and stops — online and at the kiosk, from the same count.
Every minor’s guardian signs from their own phone before the visit; the desk sees green ticks.
Sized add-ons with Square stock counts. Attach rate goes up because the checkout never forgets.
Room, jump time and platters in one booking with a deposit down and the balance at the desk.
Door traffic books, signs and pays at the tablet — the queue drains itself.
Monthly jump passes bill themselves from the card on file. School-holiday regulars stop re-buying.
Reminders hold overnight and send when the window lifts — parents don’t hear from you at 6am.
Term-time weekday codes with real limits fill the dead hours without discounting the weekend.
Their side of it
A timed block with live remaining capacity — sold out means sold out.
Sizes picked at checkout, counted in Square, paid in the same charge.
Each jumper’s waiver is signed before the car ride, not against the front desk glass.
The desk sees paid, signed jumpers and wristbands them straight through.
The birthday email lands a month before the next birthday — the calendar remembers so you don’t.
Start from a real storefront
This is Tumblewild — the template a jump park build starts from, running live from the real files. Your build keeps the machinery and swaps in your words, your prices and your brand.
What it costs
A park doing 1,100 jumpers a month at $16 average pays 80¢ a jumper — 5% of the sale, never of the tax. Socks and party rooms carry the same 5% only when they sell.
Payments settle in your own Square account at Square’s posted rate — money never routes through us. The 5% is of the sale alone; sales tax is never touched, and every fee is broken out to the cent in your ledger.
