Bookuble Book a demo

Bookuble for gyms & fitness

Classes fill themselves. Memberships never lapse quietly.

The week’s classes publish from a schedule you set once, members book with a tap and get billed by their vaulted card each cycle, and every first-timer signs the waiver before their first burpee — not in the doorway.

Runs on your own Square account. 5% of the booking — never of the sales tax.

The shape of it

How a gym runs on Bookuble.

A class schedule that repeats

Set the weekly pattern — spin at 6, strength at 7, caps per coach — and the engine publishes it forward. Change a coach’s hours, the schedule follows.

Membership on the card, not the calendar

Cards vault with Square and bill each cycle on their own. Failed charges retry and flag; nobody discovers a lapsed member at the squat rack.

One record per member

Bookings, membership state, waiver, packs and every visit on one customer record — the desk and the coaches see the same person.

Sound familiar

The problems this replaces.

The 6am class ‘books’ through a group chat and either overfills or runs at three.

Renewals live in a spreadsheet; lapses surface as awkward front-desk conversations.

Day-pass drop-ins are cash-and-a-wave, invisible to any record.

New joiners fill out the waiver on a clipboard while the class they came for starts without them.

What you get

Built for gyms and fitness studios, not adapted to them.

Capped classes

Every class caps at what the room and the coach can take. Waitlist-free honesty: full is full.

Self-billing memberships

Monthly plans charge the vaulted Square card automatically — retries, flags, no chasing.

Day passes & punch packs

Drop-ins and ten-packs sell online, attach to the record and burn down per visit.

Sign-once waivers

One signature covers the membership; guardian consent covers the teens’ programme.

Coach-aware scheduling

Classes belong to coaches with hours — a coach’s holiday takes their classes with it.

Walk-in kiosk

Drop-ins book, sign and pay at the tablet while the desk coaches instead of typing.

Promo codes & gift cards

January codes with real limits; gift cards sold from your own site.

An AI receptionist

The phone gets answered mid-class — booked, filed to the record, done.

Their side of it

The booking, from the customer’s side.

  1. They join online

Plan picked, card vaulted with Square, waiver signed — all before their first visit.

  2. They book classes

The week’s schedule, live caps, two taps from their account. Full is full.

  3. They’re reminded

Class time and the bring-a-towel note, automatically, on your brand.

  4. The card bills itself

Each cycle charges on its own; failures retry and flag instead of lapsing silently.

  5. You read the numbers

Fill rates by class and hour in the heatmap — the schedule gets smarter every month.

Start from a real storefront

Unity. Yours in about two days.

This is Unity — the template a gym build starts from, running live from the real files. Your build keeps the machinery and swaps in your words, your prices and your brand.

What it costs

5% of the booking. Nothing when it’s quiet.

A studio with 220 members at $89 pays $4.45 per renewal, only when it bills — 5% of the sale, never of the tax. Day passes and packs carry the same 5%.

Payments settle in your own Square account at Square’s posted rate — money never routes through us. The 5% is of the sale alone; sales tax is never touched, and every fee is broken out to the cent in your ledger.

Questions owners ask

Before you book the call.

How do memberships bill?
The card is vaulted with Square at join and charged automatically each cycle. Failed payments retry and flag the record so the desk catches it at the next visit. Pausing or cancelling is a click on the record — no spreadsheet.
Can classes have caps and coaches?
Every class caps at the number you set and belongs to a coach with working hours. The planner won’t schedule a coach past their hours or double-book them across rooms.
Do members book for free?
Members book like anyone else — the membership zeroes the class price at checkout. Non-members see the drop-in rate on the same schedule.
What about the teens’ programme?
Under-18 members route to guardian consent in the same signing flow, and the signed record stays on file for the whole membership.
What does the site look like?
Unity — the membership-first template: plans, schedule and storefront in one. Live on your own domain in about two days.
