Schedule is where your offerings become actual bookable times. The engine writes the calendar from rules; this page is where you review it, adjust a day, or change what one slot can hold.
Find it: Essentials → Schedule.
Column 2 — Offerings
Pick which offering's calendar you're looking at. Each offering has its own pattern — its duration, spacing and capacity come from how it's set up on the Offerings page.
Column 3 — the week
The middle column is the calendar itself, week by week (Previous / next to move through time). Slots show their time and how full they are. If the offering uses rooms or lanes, you can view All rooms or a single one — a slot with No room isn't tied to a specific resource.
Select any slot to manage it.
Generate slots
This is the one action on the page that isn't a simple edit: it writes new slots from the offering's rules and your opening hours. It shows you a preview first, and nothing is committed until you confirm — so you can see exactly what a rule change does to the week before it's real. Offerings set to run always-on generate their times from your opening hours automatically; change the hours in Settings and the calendar follows.
Column 4 — Slot
With a slot selected, the right rail manages just that one:
- Add capacity / Reduce capacity — change how many this specific slot can take, without touching the offering's default. Blank follows the offering — clear the override and the slot goes back to the standard rule.
- Its room or lane, and who's booked on it.
Common jobs
- Block out a day: reduce the day's slots to zero capacity — anything already booked stays visible, nothing new can land.
- Big group coming? Add capacity to the one slot instead of changing the offering for the whole season.
- Changed your hours? Update opening hours in Settings, come back here, and Generate slots — the preview shows the new pattern before you commit it.
