The Dashboard is the first page of the Counter — the answer to "how are we doing and what needs me?" before your coffee is finished.
Find it: it's the home page of the Counter. From anywhere, click Dashboard at the top of the rail.
Column 2 — Waiting on you
The left column is your inbox. Anything that needs a human lands here: an unpaid booking, an unsigned waiver, a new lead, a message from the site. Work it top to bottom — click an item and the Counter takes you to the page where you can resolve it. An empty column means the engine is handling everything on its own.
Column 3 — the week at a glance
The middle of the Dashboard reads like a report:
- The greeting and the last seven days — a one-line summary of the week.
- Revenue this week, Bookings this week, New customers — the three numbers that tell you whether the week is working, each compared against the previous week.
- Next up — what's about to happen on the calendar, so you can see the day coming.
- Latest bookings — the most recent bookings as they land, newest first.
If your site isn't live yet, a Publish your site prompt sits here until it is.
Column 4 — Bookings
The right rail lists upcoming bookings in order, so the next few hours are always in view no matter what the middle column shows. Click any of them to open the full booking on the Bookings page.
Good habits
- Clear Waiting on you first — everything in it is something a customer is waiting on.
- Watch the week's three numbers on Monday and Friday; deeper analysis lives on the Insights page.
- Use the Walk-in button in the top bar the moment someone walks through the door — it books, takes payment and files them into Customers in one pass.
