Customers is your list of everyone who has booked, bought, signed or enquired — one record per person, growing on its own every time they interact with you.
Find it: Essentials → Customers.
Column 2 — Segments
The left column filters the list into groups — segments and tags you define, plus search. "Nobody matches" means the current segment and search came up empty. Segments can be reordered by dragging, so the ones you use daily sit on top.
Column 3 — the list, then the record
Select any row to see their history. A customer record holds:
- Details — first name, last name, Email, Phone, Address. The address is captured automatically the first time a travel-to-customer booking asks for it, and stays on the record for next time.
- Email marketing — whether this person receives marketing email. Email is on by default; texting is strictly opt-in and lives with the customer's consent state.
- Their history — bookings, payments, signed waivers, memberships and packs, all attached to this one record.
Changes are saved with the Save button, top right.
Column 4 — Customer
The right rail is the selected person: their history at a glance and the ways to reach them — a call, a text (only if they've opted in or texted you first), or an email.
Common jobs
- Add someone by hand: Add customer, fill in the details, Save. Walk-ins created at the desk land here automatically.
- Bring your existing list: import a spreadsheet (.xlsx) — the import runs in chunks so even a big list loads cleanly. Everyone arrives with email marketing on and texting off, matching the consent they actually gave.
- Fix duplicates: the merge tool groups records that share an email or phone and consolidates them into one — bookings, waivers, payments and history all move to the surviving record before the duplicate is removed.
