Resources are the physical constraints of your business — rooms, lanes, bays, chairs, tables, vehicles. The schedule can only sell what a resource can hold, so this page is what makes overbooking impossible.
Find it: Catalog → Resources.
Column 2 — Resources
Your list of resources. "No rooms set up" means the schedule is running on capacity numbers alone; add resources when the physical space is the real limit.
Column 3 — the resource
Each resource is simple on purpose: its name, and how many bookings it can hold at once. An axe lane that takes one group at a time holds 1; a party room that can host two parties holds 2.
Offerings tie to resources, and the planner does the rest: a booking consumes the resource for its duration (plus the offering's buffer), and when every unit is spoken for, the time simply stops being offered — on the storefront, at the kiosk and at the desk, all from the same count.
Column 4 — How resources behave
A plain-English explainer of the rules above, on the page where you need it.
Common jobs
- Set up a four-lane venue: create one "Lane" resource that holds 4 (or four named lanes if you assign groups to specific lanes), tie your lane-based offerings to it, and the storefront can never sell a fifth 7pm booking.
- Add capacity for a season: bump the hold count when the summer dock adds two more skis; drop it back when they winter.
- One-off changes don't belong here — to change what a single slot can take, open that slot on the Schedule page and override its capacity there.
