Signed Waivers

Updated 2026-08-26

Signed Waivers is the register — the permanent record of every signature ever collected, organised so that the day your insurer or a lawyer asks, the answer is one search away.

Find it: Legal → Signed Waivers.

Column 2 — Months

The register is organised by month. Pick one and the middle column lists everything signed in it.

Column 3 — the records

Each row is one signed waiver: who signed, when, and for which booking — "what each row holds" is spelled out on the page. Search finds a person across the register.

Column 4 — The record

The selected record in full: the signed document exactly as agreed, the signature, the timestamp, and the booking it belongs to. From here you can view, print or export it.

Good to know

  • Records are kept for as long as you're with Bookuble, attached to their bookings — a waiver is never an orphaned PDF in a folder.
  • Keep your own copies for as long as your insurer or your state requires: export is one click, so make it part of your routine (say, each month-end).
  • Guardian consents live here too, with the guardian's details on the record.

Common jobs

  1. Incident follow-up: search the name, open the record, print it. Under a minute, with the booking context attached.
  2. Month-end: export the closed month and drop it into your own records.
