Policies are your site's legal pages — Terms, Privacy, Refund policy, Cookies — kept in one place, versioned, and rendered on your site the moment you publish.
Find it: Legal → Policies.
Column 2 — Policies
The documents, one per row. Pick the one you're working on.
Column 3 — the document
Two ways to fill it:
- "I already have one" — paste your existing policy and keep using it.
- Write with AI — the writer drafts a policy around your business details (your name, Address, what you sell), which you review and edit. It's a strong starting point; it isn't legal advice, so have anything unusual looked over.
Each document carries a Version, so what a customer agreed to on a given date is always answerable.
Press Publish and the page is live on your site — linked automatically where policies belong: the footer, checkout, and account creation.
Column 4 — Publish
The document's publish state and history.
Common jobs
- First setup: generate all four with the AI writer, read them once carefully, publish.
- You changed a rule (say, the change window for bookings): update the refund/terms wording the same day the setting changes — the version bump records when.
- Cookie banner: the site's cookie consent is part of this machinery — publish the cookie policy and the banner presents it.
