Theme dresses the surfaces the engine draws — the booking widget, the customer account area, and the built-in pages. Its own subtitle says it: "Colours, type and shape for your storefront and widget." Your template's own pages carry their own designed look; Theme is how everything else matches it.
Find it: Design → Theme. The editor runs across six tabs — Type · Color · Shape · Depth · Layout · Motion — with one Save for the whole set.
Column 2 — Presets
Ready-made palettes, including one named for each site template — pick your template's preset and every engine surface dresses to match it in one click. Presets are starting points; every value in the tabs stays editable.
The Type tab
The two faces — Headings and Body. Everything the engine renders sets its type from these two choices.
The Color tab
The palette, token by token: Page background, Card, Alt band (the alternate section background), Text, Muted text, Headings, Lines, Accent, Accent 2, and On accent — the text colour that sits on your accent, the one people get wrong most often.
The Shape tab
How square or soft everything is: Button radius, Card radius, Input radius, plus Button weight and whether buttons run Uppercase.
The Depth tab
Shadow and Shadow tint — how much the cards and menus lift off the page, and what colour the lift is.
The Layout tab
The rhythm of the page: Density, Section padding and Max width. These move the whole feel — cramped to airy — without touching any single page.
The Motion tab
Duration and Easing for the small animations. Shorter and sharper reads snappy; longer and softer reads calm.
Column 4 — Contrast
A live legibility check: your text-on-background pairs are tested as you edit, so an accent that looks great but reads badly gets caught here instead of by your customers.
Common jobs
- New tenant setup: pick the preset named after your template, Save — done. Adjust only if your brand needs it.
- Brand colour change: on the Color tab, update Accent and On accent together, then glance at Contrast before saving.
- Feels cramped or airy? The Layout tab's Density and Section padding move the whole feel in two controls.
