My account

Updated 2026-08-26

My account configures the portal your customers sign in to — where they see their bookings, move one to another time, sign outstanding waivers, and manage their details and memberships.

Find it: Design → My account.

Column 2 — Sections

The portal's sections, each switchable: upcoming bookings, past visits, waivers, memberships and packs, personal details. What's on here is what a signed-in customer can see and do.

Column 3 — the section

Configure the selected section — its heading and behaviour. The one Save button commits changes.

Column 4 — About this section

What the selected section does for the customer, explained in plain language while you configure it.

What customers can do there

  • See their bookings and the state of each — paid, balance due, signed.
  • Move a booking themselves to any open time at the same price, until your change window closes (the window is set in Settings). The new confirmation sends itself. Cancellations are deliberately not self-serve — those come to you, and any refund is your call through your own Square account.
  • Sign anything outstanding — a waiver waiting on them is right there.
  • Keep their details current — which keeps your customer records current too.
One account, everywhere: customers sign in on your site and the same account works across booking, waivers and the portal. If your template ships its own account page design, the portal wears it — this page decides the contents.
