Bookuble for indoor playgrounds

Open play that runs itself. Parties that book themselves.

Admission sells always-on from your hours, the monthly unlimited pass charges its own card, and the birthday calendar fills online — with every child’s guardian signature already on file at the door.

Runs on your own Square account. 5% of the booking — never of the sales tax.

The shape of it

How a indoor playground runs on Bookuble.

Admission, always on

Open-play entry generates from your opening hours with a capacity cap — weekday mornings sell online exactly like Saturdays do.

Memberships bill themselves

The unlimited monthly pass vaults the card with Square and charges each cycle on its own. Your best families stop re-deciding every visit.

Parties are one booking

Room, time, headcount and platters in a single reservation with a deposit down — and a guardian signature per child before the day.

Sound familiar

The problems this replaces.

Rainy Saturdays hit capacity with a line out the door and no way to have sold the morning in advance.

Your most loyal families pay full price every visit because punch cards live in wallets.

Party enquiries arrive by DM, phone and walk-in, and get reconciled in a paper diary.

Every first visit starts with a clipboard while a toddler pulls at someone’s arm.

What you get

Built for indoor playgrounds, not adapted to them.

Capped open play

Sessions or all-day entry with hard caps, generated from your hours. Sold out happens online, not in the lobby.

Unlimited memberships

Monthly family passes that bill themselves from the vaulted card. Failed payments retry and flag.

Party rooms with deposits

The 2pm party room is one booking, one deposit, one balance settled at the desk.

Guardian waivers, once

Sign once, on file for every visit after — the waiver-once mode was built for this.

Socks & snacks add-ons

Grip socks, platters and extras at checkout, stock counted in your Square catalog.

Walk-in kiosk

First-timers book, sign and pay at the tablet; regulars are two taps.

The birthday engine

Follow-ups land ahead of the next birthday, pointing at the party page.

One customer record per family

Every visit, waiver, pass and party files onto the same record — the desk knows the family by name.

Their side of it

The booking, from the customer’s side.

  1. They book entry (or just walk in)

Timed or all-day admission with live capacity; the kiosk handles the spontaneous.

  2. The guardian signs once

One signature covers the visits that follow — the second visit is a wave, not a form.

  3. The pass sells itself

Third visit this month? The storefront and the desk both know it’s membership time.

  4. The card does the billing

Memberships charge on their own each cycle into your Square. No renewal admin.

  5. The party books online

Room, headcount, deposit — booked at 9pm on a Tuesday without a phone call.

Start from a real storefront

Tumblewild. Yours in about two days.

This is Tumblewild — the template a indoor playground build starts from, running live from the real files. Your build keeps the machinery and swaps in your words, your prices and your brand.

What it costs

5% of the booking. Nothing when it’s quiet.

A playground doing 1,400 admissions a month at $12 average pays 60¢ a visit — 5% of the sale, never of the tax. Membership renewals carry the same 5% only when they bill.

Payments settle in your own Square account at Square’s posted rate — money never routes through us. The 5% is of the sale alone; sales tax is never touched, and every fee is broken out to the cent in your ledger.

Questions owners ask

Before you book the call.

Do parents re-sign every visit?
No — waiver-once mode keeps the signed record on the family and it covers every visit after. New guests sign at home from the confirmation link, or at the kiosk on arrival.
How do memberships work?
The card vaults with Square at signup and bills each cycle automatically. Members check in by name or the kiosk; the pass zeroes the admission at checkout. Cancellations are a click on the record.
Can capacity limit walk-ins too?
Yes — online sales and kiosk walk-ins draw from the same count, so the floor cap holds no matter where the ticket came from.
Can we sell party packages?
Rooms, time blocks, headcounts and platters bundle into one offering with a deposit. The balance settles at the desk on the day — card on reader, link or cash.
How fast can we be live?
Tumblewild was designed for indoor play — live on your own domain in about two days. A from-scratch build takes about a week.

See it running your indoor playground.

Pick a time. We’ll show your own storefront — your services, your durations, your paperwork. Nothing to install before the call.
