Bookuble Book a demo

Bookuble for paint & pottery

Full tables, fired on time, picked up without a phone call.

Seats and party tables book themselves, classes cap at the number you can actually teach, and the ‘your piece is ready’ email goes out on your schedule — not when someone remembers the shelf.

Runs on your own Square account. 5% of the booking — never of the sales tax.

The shape of it

How a paint-your-own pottery studio runs on Bookuble.

Seats, tables, classes

Open-studio seats run always-on from your hours; classes are capped, scheduled offerings; party tables book as one reservation with one payment. Three shapes, one calendar.

The kiln has a voice

Every email scenario is editable, with an AI writer beside you — including the pickup note that ends the ‘is my mug ready?’ calls.

Paid at the point of decision

Studio fees, class seats and party deposits are collected at booking, into your own Square account. The Saturday table is committed money by Tuesday.

Sound familiar

The problems this replaces.

Walk-ins are the plan, until a party of nine walks into a studio with six open seats.

The ‘is my piece fired yet?’ phone calls take more time than the firings.

Class spots are ‘reserved’ over Instagram DMs and half of them never show.

Birthday parties get penciled into a paper book that lives at the register.

What you get

Built for paint and pottery studios, not adapted to them.

Open-studio seats always-on

Seats generate from your opening hours. Big groups see honest availability before they drive over.

Capped classes

Wheel nights and kids’ camps sell to their cap and stop. Paid seats, not DM promises.

Party tables with deposits

One booking holds the table, the deposit lands in Square, the balance settles at the desk.

Pickup emails on your firing rhythm

The ready-for-pickup scenario is yours to word and time — write it once, it sends forever.

BYOB & add-ons

Glaze upgrades, extra pieces, party platters — sold at checkout, stock in your Square catalog.

Gift cards

Sold from your own site, redeemed against studio time, classes or parties.

A storefront with a gallery

Kilnhouse ships with gallery sections fed by your photos — finished pieces are the ad.

An AI receptionist

The phone gets answered during the busiest pour of the afternoon — booked, filed, done.

Their side of it

The booking, from the customer’s side.

  1. They pick seats or a class

Open studio, a wheel class or a party table — live availability, capped honestly.

  2. They pay

Studio fee, class seat or party deposit into your Square. The seat is real the moment the card clears.

  3. They’re reminded

When to come, what to wear for the wheel, where to park the party.

  4. They paint

The desk sees the day on one screen — seats, classes and the 2pm birthday, together.

  5. The kiln email lands

‘Fired and ready’ goes out when you flip the shelf — and the pickup visit sells the next one.

Start from a real storefront

Kilnhouse. Yours in about two days.

This is Kilnhouse — the template a paint-your-own pottery studio build starts from, running live from the real files. Your build keeps the machinery and swaps in your words, your prices and your brand.

What it costs

5% of the booking. Nothing when it’s quiet.

A studio doing 240 seats and classes a month at $22 average pays about $1.10 a seat — 5% of the sale, never of the tax. Deposits carry the 5% on the deposit alone.

Payments settle in your own Square account at Square’s posted rate — money never routes through us. The 5% is of the sale alone; sales tax is never touched, and every fee is broken out to the cent in your ledger.

Questions owners ask

Before you book the call.

Can walk-ins and bookings share the same seats?
Yes. Booked seats come off the same availability the desk sees, and the kiosk books a walk-in into whatever’s genuinely open. Nobody promises a seat that’s already sold.
How do pickup notifications work?
Ready-for-pickup is an email scenario like any other: you word it once (the AI writer drafts it on-brand if you want), and send it per booking when the firing comes out. The phone stops ringing about mugs.
Can classes have a max size?
Every class is capped at the number you set. The storefront sells to the cap and stops — a wheel class of eight is eight paid seats, not eleven hopefuls.
Do party deposits work?
One booking holds the table with a deposit into your own Square; the balance settles on the day — card on reader, link or cash. No-show parties stop being free.
What does the site look like?
Kilnhouse — speckled cream, terracotta and a gallery that shows finished pieces. Live on your own domain in about two days, or a from-scratch design in about a week.

See it running your paint-your-own pottery studio.

Pick a time. We’ll show your own storefront — your services, your durations, your paperwork. Nothing to install before the call.
