We want every visit to feel worth it. Here is how cancellations and refunds work.
Rescheduling and cancelling. You may reschedule or cancel any appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before your start time — use the link in your confirmation email or contact us.
Late cancellations and no-shows. Cancelling inside 24 hours, or missing an appointment without notice, may forfeit any deposit paid, since that time was held for you.
Refunds. Where a refund is due, it is issued by Square to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of processing.
